TICKET SALES PROCEDURE

We will not be having a ticket sales night at the dance school this year. Instead, we will be handling ticket sales through the mail. Please note our new mailing address at the bottom of this form. Tickets are $16.00 each.

This is how it will work:

1. You will find out how many tickets you need.

2. You will determine for which show (Early or Late).

3. You will fill out a check for the correct amount ($16.00 per ticket).

4. You will fill out the enclosed ticket request form.

5. You will place ALL of the information in an envelope to be mailed. On the bottom left hand side of the envelope, you will write – TICKET REQUEST.

6. You will wait until Friday, May 15^th to place your request in the mail. This is the official Ticket Sales start date. We will be accepting mailed requests only until May 30, 2010, after which tickets can be purchased at the door.

7. You may NOT drop off a request at the dance school or hand to a teacher. The only request that we will accept is via US Postal Service.

8. Double check the steps and your job is done. Now it is up to us.

Note: If you have a family member wanting to purchase a ticket by this method, they MUST include your daughter’s full name, class day and time on their request so we can leave them with the appropriate class.

This is how your tickets will be processed:

1. We will take any ticket requests out of the mail.

2. They will be numbered in the order that they are pulled from the mailbox. Any envelope that is postmarked prior to the 15^th will automatically go to the BOTTOM of the pile.

3. We have set aside a day to process the ticket requests ourselves. Please remember that there are NO special requests except for HANDI-CAPPED seating.

4. We will try our best to be sure your party is sitting together. Sometimes we will break the group into two rows, one in front of the other, if we can’t seat you directly next to each other.

5. We will place your tickets in an envelope and have them at your daughter’s dance class during the week of June 1^st – June 5^th.

6. For our dancers in BOTH shows (Mon. 6:45, Tues. 4:30, Tues. 5:30) we will still be pulling your tickets for the LATE show from the RESERVED section, as we have for all of our other recitals. Be sure to specify number of tickets and for which show on the below form!
